The goal of my Action Plan is to ensure fair practices for my students/clients by providing them with equitable opportunities and support tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. To achieve this, my learning activities will be designed with flexibility, differentiation, and personalization in mind, allowing each student/client to engage with the content in a way that best suits their unique learning style and abilities. I will also foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, where diverse perspectives and voices are valued and respected.
